Stakeholder engagement can increase the feasibility of the code-adopt measures. It can also help improve the completeness of the code and ultimately the acceptance and the acceptability of the code. And as well, engaging with stakeholders can improve implementation capacity and can help in that sense in reducing the compliance cost and time.
